A Prayer for Strength Under Pressure
Pressure can reveal what we rely on and how quickly stress affects our judgment. This prayer asks for steadiness, self-control, and clarity when expectations feel intense.
Father, I feel pressure from deadlines, expectations, and responsibilities. Keep me from becoming careless, reactive, or harsh. Give me clarity about what matters most and discipline to work steadily rather than frantically. Help me say no when something exceeds my limits and ask for help when needed. Let pressure refine my focus without controlling my character.
