A Prayer for Work in the New Year
Work can bring purpose, stress, opportunity, and uncertainty. This prayer asks for integrity, healthy boundaries, and wise direction in professional life during the coming year.
God, guide my work this year. Help me do what is mine to do with skill, honesty, and patience. Protect me from making career success the center of my identity. Give me courage to set healthy boundaries, wisdom in difficult relationships, and openness to new opportunities when they are right. Let my work serve people rather than merely feed ambition.
Amen.
