A Prayer for Guidance in a Relationship
Relationships can become difficult to evaluate when emotions are strong. This prayer asks for truth, discernment, and healthy boundaries rather than relying only on chemistry or fear of being alone.
Father, give me clear eyes about this relationship. Help me see the person and the situation as they are, not only as I hope they will become. Show me whether there is mutual respect, honesty, patience, accountability, and freedom. If I am ignoring warning signs because I am afraid of being alone, give me courage to face them. If fear is making me distrust what is healthy, help me recognize that too. Guide me toward relationships where love and truth can grow together.
