A Prayer During Hospitalization
Hospital stays can be disorienting and exhausting, especially when sleep is interrupted and routines disappear. This prayer asks for comfort, attentive care, and a sense of dignity during hospitalization.
Father, be near to my loved one in this hospital room. Bring rest where sleep is difficult, comfort where there is pain, and courage where there is fear. Help the staff notice what needs attention and communicate clearly. Protect my loved one's dignity and help us ask good questions. When this environment feels unfamiliar and overwhelming, remind us that Your presence is not limited by place.
