A Prayer for My Child's Faith
Parents can teach, model, and encourage faith, but they cannot manufacture it in a child's heart. This prayer asks God to draw a child toward Christ personally and sincerely, beyond habit or family expectation.
Heavenly Father, more than anything I can provide, I ask that my child come to know You truly. Let faith become more than something inherited from our family or repeated out of habit. Draw this child toward Jesus with a sincere heart. Give understanding when questions arise, courage when faith is tested, and humility to keep learning. Help me model faith honestly without pretending to be perfect. May my child see in me a life that returns to You in repentance, gratitude, and trust.
