A Prayer for Hospitality

Father, make this home a place of welcome. Free us from the pressure to impress people or wait until everything is perfect before opening our door. Give us generous hearts, practical wisdom, and sensitivity to what guests truly need. Help us offer food, conversation, rest, listening, and kindness without turning hospitality into performance. Let people who enter this home feel respected, not evaluated. Teach us to receive others as gifts rather than interruptions.
