A Prayer for Spiritual Growth in the New Year
Spiritual growth is usually built through small repeated practices rather than dramatic moments. This prayer asks for consistency in prayer, Scripture, worship, and obedience.
Jesus, help me grow closer to You this year. Give me consistency in prayer, Scripture, worship, and service without turning spiritual practices into a performance. Show me where knowledge has not yet become obedience. Form patience, humility, love, and self-control in me. Let growth be visible not only in what I know, but in the way I live.
Amen.
