A Prayer to Trust God Through the Healing Journey
Healing can involve recovery, adaptation, treatment, waiting, and sometimes learning to live faithfully with ongoing limitations. This closing prayer asks for trust without demanding a particular outcome from God.
Lord, I place this whole healing journey before You. I ask boldly for restoration, but I do not want my faith to depend on receiving exactly the outcome I imagine. Give me wise care, good support, and courage for each decision. Heal what can be healed. Strengthen what is weak. Comfort what still hurts. If I must adapt to limits I did not choose, help me do so without losing hope or dignity. Keep me close to Christ in improvement, in waiting, and in uncertainty. Whatever this path holds, let me walk it knowing that I am not abandoned.
