A Prayer for the New Year
A new calendar year can feel full of possibility, pressure, or uncertainty. This prayer begins the year by placing hopes, plans, and unknowns before God.
Father, I place this new year in Your hands. I do not know everything it will bring, but You are already present in every day ahead. Give me wisdom for decisions, courage for difficulties, gratitude for ordinary blessings, and humility when plans change. Keep me close to Christ and help me use this year in ways that honor You and serve others well.
